We invite our female members (and spouses of members) to join us in celebrating wellness and community with F3 Wellness! This free event is sponsored by the Marion-Polk County Medical Society.

Venue: Outdoor covered patio at a private residence. The address will be released to people who RSVP.

Agenda: 

Session 1: yoga with Rhonda
Session 2: 1950's Sock Hop/Swing with Tanie
Session 3: catered lunch by Little Lois Cafe

Space is limited! A wait list will be started if it gets full.

Register:  Log in to the MPCMS website and send us your RSVP. From there, you will be directed to the Evite website to get your name on the official RSVP list. Once you do that, you can chat with other attendees, load pictures, etc.
