  Current paid members of the medical society. 50% discount. Includes meals and bar service.
• Non-profit Display Table
  For nonprofit organizations who have been invited to attend. Two people may attend from the organization
• Reserved Table Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Sponsor the event and reserve a table of 8. Benefits include verbal and printed recognition, special table sign, verbal introduction by the president from the podium, recognition on social media and website, and preferential seating. Please list names of attendees for name tags.
• Sponsor Exhibit Table – $650.00
  Sponsorship includes a rectangular table for display purposes plus 2 registrations, signage and verbal recognition.
