• Member Registration
  For MPCMS members and guests. Includes individual members and members in clinic"bundles." Registration is free.
• Non-member Registration – $50.00
  For members who are not members of the Marion Polk County Medical Society.
• Non-profit Display Table
  For nonprofit organizations who have been invited to attend. Two people may attend from the organization
• Reserved Table – $400.00
  Reserve a table of 8. This is for members or non members and guests. Please list names of attendees for name tags. Table cost will be adjusted depending on number of members attending.
• Sponsor Display Table – $650.00
  Sponsorship includes a display table, 2 registrations, signage and verbal recognition.
