• Medical Society Member
  Registration for members and guests is free. Indicate how many guests you will bring.
• Non Profit Exhibit Booth
  Exhibit table for non profit organizations. Free to non profit organizations. Limit of 3.
• Nonmember – $75.00
  For non-members of MPCMS. We will waive this fee if non-members fill out a member application.
• Reserved Table Members
  For medical society members, but may also include guests that are new providers or potential members. For 8 people.
• Reserved Table Non-members – $600.00
  May include members and non-members. Invoice will be set based on the count. Up to 8 people, but base price is based on 8 people at $75.
• Salem Health MG Member
  For members with Salem Health Medical Group
• Sponsor and Exhibit Table – $650.00
  For organizations who sponsor the event. Includes a table for displaying materials, logo on event materials and signage and two registrations.
